Drew Crandall
Dear Sakai Families,
5th-grade families, I want to express my sincere gratitude for coming to our Parent/Guardian Nights last week. 6th-grade families, we look forward to seeing you tonight. We really appreciate your partnership!

We want to keep our connection throughout the year. To ensure you are getting information how you prefer, please watch this quick (3-minute) video on ParentSquare.

In COHO yesterday classes created community agreements. These agreements are meant to help the class become a safe place where everyone can be genuine without fear of mistreatment. Please ask your student to discuss the agreements they came up with and how the process felt for them.

Have a wonderful week, Sakai!

Drew

Chromebook Insurance
Chromebook Insurance
The window to purchase Chromebook Insurance is now open. It closes on October 8, 2024.

We strongly recommend purchasing Chromebook insurance, as the cost is $35 and it covers the device for one year. By contrast, the cost to replace a broken Chromebook is $428, and if the screen cracks, it can be over $150 to repair.

Please visit the BISD Technology Services webpage to read the Student Device Insurance FAQ.

Click here to purchase the insurance.

Families facing financial challenges may request to have the insurance fee waived for the year through this online form.
