Thanks to the generosity of all Bainbridge Islanders, BISD has beautiful facilities for your next show, meeting or event. We welcome community members and groups to rent our spaces.

Now Scheduling Fall Quarter: September 1 – November 30, 2026 Calendars are open to the community. Requests for dates after November 30, 2026 will be declined. We open calendars for the next quarter as early as possible, and we’ll work with you case by case on requests that continue into the following quarter. |
Bainbridge Island School District is home to seven schools, all available for rental. Each offers many options for events, games, meetings and more. Contact us to learn more about the variety of spaces we offer.
Before You Book

Request at least 7 business days ahead All schedule requests must be made a minimum of seven business days before your event. |

Get a cost estimate Request rental cost estimates from Jennifer Weir, Facilities Administrative Assistant. For BHS Theater 250 or the BHS Black Box Theater, contact Theater Manager Kyle Ricks. |

Wait for approval Once school events are loaded for the quarter, each building’s scheduler reviews community requests and approves or declines them. |
Please Note
BISD school programs and activities always take precedence over other scheduled events. We load school events into the calendar in advance, but an approved rental may still be changed or canceled if a school program needs that facility.
