Staff Help Desk
For staff needing IT support the BISD Help Desk has moved to Incident IQ. Please use the button below to head to Incident IQ (IIQ) to submit support requests. To login select sign in with Google SSO and enter your BISD email and password if prompted.
You can also email hepldesk@bisd303.org from your BISD email to submit tickets via email.
If you do not have access to your BISD email or need your password reset please contact the Help Desk at 206-780-1668 (1668 from a BISD desk phone) or your Building Technician.
