Thanks to the generosity of all Bainbridge Islanders, BISD has beautiful facilities to hold your next show, meeting, or event.  We welcome community members and groups to rent our amazing facilities.  

Bainbridge Island School District is home to seven schools, all of which are available to you for rental. Each school within the Bainbridge Island School District offers its community many options to hold an event, game, meeting, and so much more!  Please do not hesitate to contact us to learn more about the variety of spaces we offer.

Please note:

• BISD school programs/activities always take precedence over any other scheduled event.  We strive to load school events into the calendar in advance. However, your scheduled event may still be subject to change and/or cancellation if a school program requires the use of that facility.
• All schedule requests must be made a minimum of 7 business days prior to your event.
• All rental cost estimates may be requested through Jennifer Weir, Facilities Adminstrative Assistant at jweir@bisd303.org
• Please contact Jennifer Weir, Facilities Adminstrative Assistant, for additional information and/or questions you may have.  For use of BHS Theater 250 and/or the BHS Black Box Theater, please contact Theater Manager, Kyle Ricks.

BISD Quarters Defined:
 

• Fall Quarter: (September - November)
• Winter Quarter: (December - February)
• Spring Quarter: (March - May)
• Summer Quarter: (June - August)

 
Once these dates are loaded, each building's Scheduler will review community entries and approve or decline them.  Please be advised that while the district does all it can to load school events into the calendar in advance, your approved schedule may still be subject to change and/or cancellation if a school program requires the use of that facility or the local/state health authority releases mandates regarding the pandemic.
