Questions about the project can be directed to Alan Silcott, Network Supervisor. Questions about the E-Rate process can be directed to Jill Stone at American E-Rate Solutions. Questions are due by 12:00 PM PST on November 20, 2026, and must be submitted in writing; questions will not be answered by phone or fax.
All vendor questions and responses, and any addenda, will be posted on this page and uploaded to the EPC portal under Form 470 #270002825.

Submitting a Proposal

Submit your Intent to Bid Complete Appendix C to register for the November 18 site walk-through. No more than two employees per vendor. |

Prepare a complete proposal Include the required certifications (Appendix A), pricing on the unmodified Appendix F spreadsheet, agency background, proposed contract, manufacturer’s warranties, and three references. Vendors must have a SPIN, a current SPAC on file, and Green Light status with USAC. Automated (“robo”) bids will not be accepted. |
