The Office of the Superintendent is the administrative hub of the school district, guiding overall governance, policy and strategic vision.

Secretary to the Board of Directors

The office coordinates all School Board meetings and maintains up-to-date board policies and procedures to ensure transparent, compliant district governance.

What We Oversee

Human Resources & Staff Development

Collective bargaining, employee regulations, new teacher orientation and certificated staff recruitment.

Workforce Accountability

Directing employee progressive discipline and due process procedures.

Public Relations & Community

Primary media liaison and community contact for the district.

Civil Rights & Student Welfare

District ombudsman, Title IX and Affirmative Action Officer, and student discipline hearing officer.

Across all of this work, the office enforces district-wide standards of equity, fairness and open communication.
