The first Early Release day of the school year is on Monday, Sept. 9. On Early Release Days, schools are dismissed 90 minutes earlier than usual. As a result, bus afternoon bus routes are adjusted by 90 minutes as well. So, if, for example, your student’s bus route home usually arrives at 3 p.m., the bus on Mondays will arrive at approximately 1:30 p.m.
