College Planning for Juniors
Grade 11 College Planning Recap
We had almost 150 students sign-up for our grade 11 college-planning presentation! Remember that presentation was originally scheduled in November, but it was cancelled (no school due to power outage) so it was postponed to this week.

As promised, you can find the PowerPoint presentation here.

The counseling department understands we’re all very busy so these are some key takeaways from the presentation.

Ms. Swanson can help students struggling to decide what they want to do post high school, provide resources and information for students interested in the military, trade school programs, and apprenticeships as well as pathway information for careers requiring 2 and 4 year degrees.

Check for Unpaid Fees & Fines
Now is a good time to login to the online payment site to see if your student has any fees to be paid or materials that need to be returned.

The online payment site will show you if there are any unpaid:
Class fees
Sports fees
AP Exam fees
Parking fines
Chromebook damage fines

The online payment site will list items that need to be returned to the school and the replacement cost in the event that an item is lost. Return items that you have and only pay for those that have been lost or damaged. Example: Books, sports uniforms, chromebooks

You can also verify previously made payments by clicking “Reprint Receipts” in the Reports section of the site.
