Last Day of School

Still Waiting....

Are you wondering when the last day of school will be because of earlier weather-related closures? We are, too! We are waiting to hear the official date from OSPI, and once we know, we will share it ASAP.

For now, it is best to plan that all three make-up days built into the school calendar will be utilized -- which would make Monday, June 23rd the last day. Please note that there will be no school on Thursday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth.

Stay tuned! We will let you know as soon as we can!

Money Sign

Online Payment Site

It is time to make sure your student's lunch account is current and any fines are paid!

Payments can be by check or through the online payment site.  Checks payable to BISD or cash can be brought to Sheila Jakubik in the front office.

CHECK FOR LUNCH BALANCES and UNPAID FEES/FINES VIA ONLINE PAYMENT SITE
Login to the online payment site to see if your student has any overdue fees to be paid or materials that need to be returned.

The online payment site  lists items that need to be returned to the school and the replacement cost in the event that an item is lost. Return items that you have and only pay for those that have been lost or damaged.

You can also verify previously made payments by clicking “Reprint Receipts” in the Reports section of the site.

ABC Check-In

ABC Time!

33% of x̌alilc families have responded! Help us reach 100%. This annual process lets us know that your student(s) are returning to our schools for 2025-26 and allows parents/guardians to review annual information.

The ABCs must be completed* for all students attending BISD schools in 2025-26, including both new and returning students. Access the ABCs by logging into your Family Access account. It should take about 15 minutes (or less!) to complete.

If you need assistance with the ABC process (such as translation, accessing technology, or other questions), please get in touch with [insert your contact information here].

NOT RETURNING? If your student is not returning to BISD schools next fall, please email office manager, Sheila Jakubik, at sjakubik@bisd303.org or call 206-780-3010.

*Student class placement/class schedules will not be released in August until the ABCs are completed. But why delay? Go ahead and take care of it today!

Moving Van

Moving?

Are you moving over the summer?

If your student will not be returning to BISD schools next year, please contact Sheila Jakubik in the office at 206-780-3010 to let us know as soon as possible!

If you ARE returning to BISD, please complete your ABC Check-In.

Completing either of these steps helps us with enrollment and placement. Thanks for your help!
