The Bainbridge Island School District is reaching an exciting milestone. We are transitioning from a District Improvement Plan to a comprehensive five-year Strategic Plan. This new roadmap will align our resources and goals to ensure every student has a foundation where they can truly belong, engage, and thrive.

This draft is a true reflection of the voices within our district. The framework is built upon direct input from:

• 300+ Families

• 150 Staff Members
