Harvest Fair

Harvest Festival

Get ready for our most delicious community celebration yet!

Join us for an unforgettable Harvest Festival, outside at Halilts, where fall flavors and family fun come together! This celebration of community harvests and the fall season will take place September 26th, from 4:30-6:30pm.

Taste the Season Inside: BISD Food & Nutrition Services will serve up a special harvest menu of pumpkin soup, focaccia, and apple cider that will feature fresh ingredients from our very own school garden and pumpkins from our neighbors at Suyematsu Farm, just down the street!

Explore & Create Outside: Grind grains, craft autumn keepsakes, discover what's growing in our garden, and let your creativity bloom at our hands-on learning stations. Kids will love the bubbles, face painting, mini-pumpkin painting, and photo booth memories!

NEW This Year: Our exciting mini-farmer's market will showcase local farms—meet the growers and learn about the amazing harvests and organizations happening right in our community!

Field Day Fun: Race through games on the field and cheer on participants!

Share Your Harvest: Do you have delicious apples, pears, or other produce in excess on your property? Save them from going to waste by signing up and bringing them to our sharable harvest table! Any abundance will be donated to Helpline House!

All the magic happens before sunset, creating the perfect autumn afternoon for Halilts families.

Here's where YOU come in—we need amazing volunteers to make this harvest dream a reality! Sign up below and let us know how you'd like to be part of the harvest magic!

Clothing donations needed for our health room!

Our health room provides dry clothes for students who need a change of clothes. With the recent wet weather. We are requesting sweatpants and leggings only. All soft pants of any size would be a great help!

If you have any gently used clothing you are no longer using, please consider donating them to the health room. We would appreciate it!
